Free-to-use, video-rich history resource available

Timelines is a relatively new, high-quality resource available to schools and others interested in history with a particular emphasis on British history. The sophisticated timeline planner provided by timelines allows visitors move between timelines to explore parallel events and has been augmented recently with the addition of a history of smallpox through time as well as journeys in the American West. Project meeting and workshop in Bucharest

Project partners met in Bucharest on 14-16 July in Siveco Headquarters to plan the final stages of the EduTubePlus project. This meeting included the annual meeting of all partners as well as a two day train the trainer workshop aimed at the national coordinators of the project trials which will begin in 8 counties in September. Involving over 70 teachers, these trials will continue until January 2011 and will provide the partners with important feedback about the operation of the EduTubePlus platform in schools.
