"The site enables journalists to illustrate European subjects through the distribution of video reports that can be ordered directly on-line. These video reports are also accompanied by a full description of the images used in each film, transcripts of the commentary and interviews." This video repository is targeting journalists who would like to include the videos in their segments, but the videos are viewable online and could be shown in classes. This site is managed by MOSTRA on behalf of the European Commission.

The European Union has its own YouTube channel where it posts videos about "a Europe of actions and results". The videos vary in length and type (promotional, informative, awareness raising), ... and users can comments on the videos of this video library.
